The reason for our entrapment lies in unchecked public works projects. No one is taking charge, and people are enamored with contracts and subcontracts, turning a blind eye to the possibility that some of these resources might be used for constructing covert weapons. The dilemma persists as there’s a reluctance to either utilize the situation or acknowledge its futility.
