Individuals with multiple personalities are rumored to have extraordinary abilities, such as telepathy, telekinesis, teleportation, and superhuman strength, reminiscent of characters in superhero comics. The question arises: would authorities be capable of capturing such an individual with these seemingly extraordinary powers?
