So many secrets. How many family members wouldn’t take the rap for a sibling in order to protect them when the sibling killed someone because of some traumatic event? Especially if that sibling was a mere child when she killed someone. Or how many fathers wouldn’t take the rap for a son, a mere child, who killed his mother due to being involved in a traumatic divorce. This movie is about the aftermath of such a situation- but more about the triumph of love than anything else.
