P. Diddy Is Tony Montana

Although it’s not like a secretive state grand jury or even a state civil jury trial is guaranteed, it sure looks like Diddy might have violated the Mann Act and the RICO Act. When Diddy transported escorts across state lines, that was interstate economic activity—aka commerce—which the feds could regulate, meaning prosecutors could charge Diddy. And of course, anyone connected to Diddy running a business could be prosecuted under the RICO Act, which conveniently includes corporations-even phone calls, text messages, and social media. I’m sure there’s a mountain of circumstantial evidence that the secret grand jury must hear, and it’s probably loaded with hearsay. Soon, the investigation will magically move past the investigative stage and onto an actual trial.

Can Diddy even get a fair trial? Everyone has heard of him. And all the disclosure requires court orders.

All the information the secret grand jury has is under lock and key. The DA has to jump through hoops just to get the grand jury’s decision. Only after a mountain of controlled court orders and filings will the public finally get a glimpse of what really happened with Diddy. If that ever happens, of course.

Diddy like Tony Montana. Diddy got racketeering and sex trafficking. He probably got murder charges and conspiracy charges and drug charges we won’t get to hear about.
Duffy is Tony Montana.
