The issue with blindly following any religion is that you might encounter extremists, like the fanatical Christian character in the movie The Mist. Such individuals can lead you down a deadly path. Therefore, it’s crucial to ensure you’re following the true religion. On the flip side, evolution suggests there’s no God, which I find even more unsettling because it implies there’s nothing beyond this life and we are essentially dead.

Granted, it’s easy to ignore. On one hand, who wants to confront the idea that we are mere dust in the wind with no inherent purpose? On the other hand, the Bible is not just a collection of myths; it tells us that Mary gave birth through the Holy Spirit and God’s overshadowing presence.

 Follow the logical conclusion of both paths: one leads to purposelessness and death, while the other leads to God’s Kingdom. As for ignoring the whole matter, remember the flood that came and swept them all away.
